	July 7, 2008 unauthorized usage of credit card As Seen on TV. Free trial. Did not want to order, but this company continues to charge my Visa. Unable to reach by telephone.
	July 4, 2008 Unauthorized charge I was offered a free trial and paid 5.95 per visa. On June 28, They Charged my Visa $ 78.98. I did not order it or want it.
	July 3, 2008 Wrongful charge I am requesting that Colonmate reverse the $78.00 charge posted to my account. Please do so immediately. I was charged for a product which was not ordered. I ordered only a free trial and now my account has been charged $78.00 for a product I did not ask for on a regular basis.
	June 30, 2008 Ordered free 14 day trial I called num on sheet that was sent with order the person said I had to e-mail the co with e-mail given the e-mail is not any good.
	June 24, 2008 Unathourized charges Sent product, 14 day trial contained 7 days worth of product. When asked about refunding and return, condescending email response. Will not refund product.
	June 18, 2008 returning the colonmate product i want to stop using this product, and i just recieved 2more bottles today and i just wanna return it.
	May 21, 2008 They automatically billed my account I have just asked for a sample and now they are billing my credit card. Please assist in informing the public about this company.
	March 21, 2008 Unauthorized taking of money! On March 11th at 11:29pm, the Colonmate.com company made an unauthorized deduction from my debit card account. I wa able to discover it this quickly because my bank had just sent me a statement on Thurday March 20th. When I contacted the company they claim that I had to go on the internet to receive a RMA number to return the product. My home computer is unable to reach Colonmate.com's "[email protected]" because it is not linked up to their Microsoft Outreach database. I am writing this message via library use.
	March 18, 2008 Unauthorized charge on visa! Ordered free trial. Called to cancel any further shipments. Was told to email them @[email protected] which I did and never heard back. Following month they charge my visa with 78.98 and a box shows up. I refused the box and called and emailed them to credit my charge. To date no credit, now they answer my emails saying I did not cancel within the 14 days which i did. SCAM My visa is now in dispute on my behalf.
	March 17, 2008 Unauthorized billing! Recently I have been charged twice by colonmate and i do not use their product nor do i care to use the product and i have yet to get my $158 back.
