Unauthorized billing
On Dec. 17, 2008 I signed up for a trial offer of a 15-day supply of colonmed 700 only having to pay s/h. A 15 day trial period is given which includes the shipping and transit period, with the option to cancel and never be billed through auto-pay. I was suppose to receive this product within 3-5 business days as stated in the terms and conditions. I emailed colonmed on 12/25/08 because I had not yet received the product and was told 'We are very sorry for the prolonged delay. Due to an overwhelming amount of orders we have been on back order. All order will go out by Friday, most have already been shipped. Thanks for your patience.' Since the 15 day trial period included shipping and transit time I waited because according to colonmed my order had not been shipped yet. On Dec. 12 I noticed colonmed had charged me $88.97 for a month's supply of their product, yet I had not even received the free trial bottle and did not receive it until Dec. 13 (which I returned to colonmed). I never received the 30-day supply, however, they proceeded to take my money.

According to Colonmed700's TERMS AND CONDITIONS:'The trial offer is designed to display the quality and effectiveness of the ColonMed700 product. This gives you the opportunity to try a 15 day supply FREE (just pay shipping and handling) so you can come to a decision for yourself if this is the right product for you.'

I never had an opportunity to try a trial 15 day supply and come to a decision of whether or not this product was right for me because I did not receive this product until almost a month after I ordered it and by then you had already charged me for a 30-day supply. I am not going to let you take my money like that and not do anything to get it back. I WANT A REFUND!!!. You breached your terms and conditions not me. If the terms and conditions include shipping and transit time, why did I receive the trial bottle on Dec. 13 instead of within the 3-5 business days as stated in your terms and conditions. And why was my 15 day trial period not extended due to an error caused by colonmed. If I would have received the product within the 3-5 business days I would had the opportunity to try your product as well as cancel if I was not satisfied. Every time I contacted customer support I was told to read the terms and conditions, however, the terms and conditions seem to contradict the way you conducted business with me. The terms and conditions is the catch: You are suppose to cancel the account within 15 days from the date you order which includes shipping and transit time and if you don't they automatically charge you $88.97 (including shipping) for a 30-day supply. There is no accommodation for the inconvenience they cause you as well as a breach in their own terms and conditions when they fail to send you a product with in 3-5 days. I am confused about the shipping and transit time being included in the 15-day trial period, especially when the shipping and transit time takes almost 30 days rather than 3-5 days as stated in their terms and conditions.

HOW TO GET A REFUND
TO ALL OF THE FOLKS OUT THERE WHO WERE SCAMMED BY COLONMED700.COM CHARGING THEIR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS WITHOUT PROPER INFORMATION BEING SHARED ABOUT THEIR SERVICE PLAN, HERE'S ONE CUSTOMER WHO WAS PERSISTANT ENOUGH (AND KNEW THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO CONTACT) TO ACTUALLY GET A REFUND IN FULL. I FOUGHT TOOTH AND NAIL WITH THIS CORRUPT BUSINESS FOR A MONTH BEFORE I FINALLY DECIDED TO LET THEM KNOW WHO I WAS AND WHAT I WAS ABOUT TO DO TO THEIR ENTERPRISE. Colomed 700 charged my bank $88.97 without notice. They didn't even charge me for the shipping and handling. I called the toll free number that came with the sample and was on hold for 30 mins. before I was able to talk to a person. He took my information and asked me to hold and mysteriously got disconnected. Then I had to call back and wait another 30-40 mins. to talk to the same man. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was it. The phone started to break up and I asked for a refund.

He said I have to be patient and it would take 4-6 days before it would get investigated. He said I would have to cancel my account through their email. But you don't know if they get the email since when you're on hold they give you a additional email to the one on the order form to cancel.

I called my bank to see if I could block the company to make sure no other charges could be put on my account. They couldn't block just that one company but could reissue me a new card with a new number so the card number they have will not work if they try to charge me.

Stay clear of this Company...List is a joke...
I received a charge of 88.97 on my account with the memo of Genixdiet. No clue what this one. Did some searching and came up with the ColonAid700...claims to charge you 4.99 shipping + 1.00 for insurance...fine 5.99 for the product...but they don't tell you that is you don't cancel this within 14 days they AUTOMATICALLY charge your card 88.97...NO EMAILS stating that if you want to continue...no other product received other then the TRIAL...someone needs to do something about this company...
How many other people did they charge without them knowing...

I called them and they said it was in there terms about this charge...so if that's the case...they can send an email to you to inform you that your order is shipped...but no further emails about the 14 days or what ever it is and a charge shows up on your account...
This gentlemen I spoke to was rude also...so...I received an email now that it was cancelled...you can bet I will be checking my account to make sure there is no further charge and I will be disputing this with my card holder and refusing for this charge to go through...

THIS IS FRAUD!!!

unauthorized charge
I ordered and payed for shipping of a free 30 day trial of colonmed 700. without my authorization my visa card was charged $88.97 on 12/04/2008 I later recieved 2 bottles of colonmed 700 which I refused, I contacted the company by phone to canncel any further shipments, but I was told to contact [email protected] which I'm doing in order to get a refund.

send product even if you cancel within 15 days to discontinue and charge credit card
my wife did not decide to continue the trial and canceled within 10 days the continuity Program.
the telephone contact confirmed the cancellation verbally. Last Satrurday she received 2 bottles of product (another month supply) and was charged $88.97. We immediately called and were told again that the account has been canceled, asked for a confirmation number and were told to follow up by email to [email protected]. I did and the email bounced back, we called again and were told to instead send it to [email protected], which bounced back either. TODAY we received another month supply in the mail !!
(obviously they send the product for Saturday delivery?! when the banks are closed?).
Now we have 5 bottles of not used product(since my wife never used the product at all and can not get any assistance or are able to cancel. By calling again today, I was told after submitting the name and Zipcode the same as before, the account is cancelled.
We did not receive an answer what is going on and were told to send an email to the given email address. I told the guy that I "googled" for complaints about Colonmed and he said :that's not the way to send emails Sir! why do you google it??

Can anyone let me know what happens here? How can this be legal?

DID NOT GET FREE 30 DAY TRIAL
ORDERED A FREE TRIAL OF COLONMED 700 AND NEVER GOT IT . TWENTY SIX DAYS AFTER MY ORDER, A 30 DAY SUPPLY WAS SHIPPED TO ME AND WAS CHARGED $88.97.

"free trial" scam
On their website they lead you to believe that you will recieve 15 days worth of the product...for only $4.99 shipping and handling. Really what you are doing is agreeing to a 15-day trial then entering into an agreement to pay a monthly fee for more of the product. I recieved the product via UPS late afternoon on Dec. 22, 2008 and Colonmed 700 charged my account $88.97 on Dec. 23rd!!! I had no idea why they charged my card so I called them and they said I needed to cancel my "membership" within 15 days of the initial order. Mind you I had only had the product for 24 hours before they charged my card and hadn't even tried the product yet. They said that if I wanted a refund I needed to email them, so I did. They did not respond, so I sent another one. About a week later they sent me an email informing me that there was nothing they were willing to do since I did not cancel within that 15 day window. I am fighting this tooth and nail until they give me back my money!!! Please do not order this product!!! Go to a nutritional store or natural food store if you want to try a cleansing system.
