Unauthorized charges
They get you to purchase a 14 day trial that never arrives and then before the 14 day trial is up they charge your account 90.00.

no refund
I requested the few product in which I never received, I was given back the 5.99 refund, then received two bottles in the mail, after calling customer service, was advised to send back with an rma number, in which i did, they received the bottles back on the 12th and I have still yet not received my refund, whn i called back all they will tell me is that the refund has been sent and they cant do anything else, im really not to happy with this, i returned the products and I would really appreciate my refund. 88.97 is alot of money..

unauthorized charges
I ordered this product and was to be charged shipping of $4.99 only and was later charged $88.00 without my authorization and want a refund. I emailed the company several times and each time they responded by saying I should have cancelled the order by phone but no one ever answered the phone . Finally, I received an email from the company saying they would allow me to keep the product and they would refund me 1/2 the amount of $88.00 minus shipping. They gave me a RMA # but now are saying I can't get the refund without returning the product.I forwarded all the emails they sent me back to them and they have not responded. This is definitely a scam and the product doesn't even work.If you can help with a refund, I would greatly appreciate it.

Tried to Return Product
I received my 15 day trial and made the HUGE mistake of not cancelling before three more packages where delivered within 3 days of each other. Fortunately they only charged me the $89.00. Next I was out of town and failed to cancel in time before the next month shipment of 1 month supply showed up. This time I got on the phone to cancel. I had not even opened the packages that came in the mail with the exception of the trial bottle.
When I called to cancel I was told I had to email support to get a refund. I emailed support and got the very rude James answering my emails. OK, I accepted I had made the mistake of not cancelling the first month so I was willing to eat the frist $90.00 charge. I asked for an RMA number and asked if they would take back all the bottles they sent (knowing I was only entitled to receive a refund for one bottle).
I finally got my RMA number (they did not want the other bottles back, just one month) but they did not send me an address to return the item to. I went to the website and found the address to use:

Well...today that package came back to me as the addressee aparently has moved!!! I sent an email to Colonmed today to ask for a valid address and they sent the same one.
Guess I need to contact my credit card company next.
Very frustrating--stay away from them.

unauthorized charges
Four months ago, I responded to a internet ad for a free trial of Colon Med 700. I have returned every shipment since, stating refused, cancel order, etc. This morning I finally contacted their phone number. The rep said my order had already been cancelled, but I had just received this morning ANOTHER shipment & my account had been billed for $88.97 three days prior. I was told to go to their support e-mail address to request reimbursement for the past three shipments, as they state they have not recieved their product returned. I will contact my bank & have my credit card cancelled, but I have three charges by this company that I expect to be reversed. My bank has already suggested to contact their faud department, which I will do if there is no response from Colon Med 700 in 24 hours.

unauthorized billing on credit card
I have sent 14 emails trying to find out how and where to send back these unauthorized bottles that was sent to me and I have gotten the run around. They have charged my credit card and I did not authorize that either. I need to send these back and get my credit card credited for the amount of 88.97. Please help.

Herbal Supplement
Ordered supplement. I did receive my supply but there were unathorized charges. They have showed up on my credit card. An on line support fee was charged also

colonmed 700 is a total SCAM! i ordered the trial offer on 11/20/2008 and as of 1/22/2009 i still have not received the trial product! this is STEALING! my credit card was charged on 11/20/2008. the company's response? "we can't help how long it takes for it to be mailed to you." DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! they are thieves! the $5.99 deducted from my account was not a donation. i even had to close my credit card to prevent further billings from these thieves!
