this company does not represent itself truthfully to the public they hook you in then you get free sample and start billing your account, the billing amount was 88.97 showing up as Genixdiet buyer beware i called was told to contact [email protected] the person on the other end was not helpful and im sure could have handled this herself she fell silent for a moment when i told her what i was calling about and prompted me to contact customer support, i reviewed the add i ordered from and have yet to find any discloser telling anyone about the billing you would automatically be tied into anyone thinking about this product run away just as hard as you can its a rippoff

Ordered the free trial of product + Shipping and Handling. Upon receiving product, made me sick. Stopped after second day. Three weeks later, received $89.97 charge on my charge card for more product. Next week, received more bottles of this poison. Called and complained. Rep named Jeff was very rude, but did verbally agree to receive product back even though this was in the Terms (and was not clearly marked on the website). After four days of no response from their support, I contacted again. This time, rep named "Matt Newcomer" (sounds made up) stated that I would not be receiving an RMA, return authorization number.

This is a very shady company who scmas regular people. Thanks to them, I cannot afford my regular blood pressure medicines because I have to pay a $89.97 charge for something that is relatively chemically harmful to your body...it was to mine.

Tell your friends, call Oprah and tell her that this sponsor is fraudulent, and contact your local health care professional to let them know of this scam.

I saw the information on OPRAH the day she had Dr. Oz on. He talked about the product ColonMed700 and the information they gave was to go online to their website and pay $4.99 shipping & handling only and get a free trial.
On another program the ACAI Berry ws discussed and again all you had to do was pay the shipping and handling. My belief is that they took my name, address, and account number at the bottom of my check and are now putting through a purchase charge for $94.57 and some kind of INTL service fee of $1.89. The Colon Med700 company is also doing the same thing and are debiting my checking account each month for $$88.97 and sending me packages in the mail (which I am returning to them). I DO NOT WANT ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS AND DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO DEBIT MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND KEEP SENDING ME THEIR PRODUCTS. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CANCEL AND WHOEVER YOU TALK TO SAYS IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THEY WILL SEND AN E-MAIL NOTE CANCELING TO MY E-MAIL. I NEVER GAVE THEM MY E-MAIL SO OF COURSE I HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN STOPPING THIS. I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED DR. OZ AND OPRAH, AND AM SURPRISED THAT THEY WOULD RECOMMEND THESE PRODUCTS. PLEASE GET THESE CANCELLED FOR ME AND HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I AM A SINGLE WIDOW AND DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO THROW AROUND ON PRODUCTS THAT I DON'T WANT. I purchased a trail offer from Colonmed700 on 11/29/08. I received the product about a week or so later. I tried it and did not like it. Then on 12/17/08 I was charged 88.97 from this company for their product colonmed700. I contacted the company after 2 phone calls and many minutes listening to music on the phone. The man I spoke with did not give his name, but told me the product had already been shipped. When I asked for a refund he said I had to contact customer support, which I had already done, to cancel further shipments, and get a refund.

My first email 12/22 was to cancel my subscription, and take my name off their list. There response 12/24 was I received the charge of 88.97 because I did not cancel in the allotted time period. Had I read the terms and conditions that I am required to read I would have seen this, and canceled in the allotted time. Also they had canceled me.

My response 12/25 was I understand the terms and conditions, but do not understand how you can charge me for something I have not received, and I want a refund. There response 12/27 again referred to the terms and conditions, and they would not send me anything if I had canceled at the proper time.

My response 12/30 was I understood the term and conditions and did not cancel at the right time, however I still have not received the product you charged me 88.97 for and want a refund.

Once again there response 12/31 referred to the terms and conditions and that thousands of people have read them and either canceled or kept the product. What they could do for me is I can keep the two bottles and they will refund 34.99 half the cost without shipping because they can't do that.

My response 12/31 was I NEVER GOT ANY BOTTLES. I have not received anything from your company since the trial offer. I do not have anything to keep. I did not receive anything, you have charged me 88.97 for nothing. I will be contacting the Sheriff's Dept. and my Bank to file fraud charges against your company. There response 1/02 was we apologize for the inconvenience, the shipment is on back order, your order has been processed and is in transit. Please inform me of your acceptance of our partial offer.

My response 1/03 was please do not send me anything. I do not want anything from your company. As i said before I did not like the product it did not work for me. If in fact I do receive your product I will ship it back immediately unopened, because I do not want to have anything to do with your company. I will except your partial refund even though I think I should get a full refund for not receiving your product.

The only reason I took the partial refund is because I figured I would get something from them. I will give them a week then file fraud charges as I had said before.

I finally received there product on 1/2/09 the postage date on the package was 12/26/08. The man I spoke with on 12/22/08 said it had already been shipped. Ha I promptly wrote in big black letters on the package return to sender. Did not order. REFUSED. As Of 1/3/09 it is in the hands of the postal service. As for the partial refund I still have not seen anything on that.

The only advise to anyone out there with this problem is tell them right away that you are going to file fraud charges, and do it.

GOT FREE TRIAL. WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION SENT MORE AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD.
