ordered a "free" trial for $4.99 around the 2nd of December but didn't catch the fine print that an auto shipment for 2 bottles would be billed 15 days later for $88.97. when I saw the charge pending I called the bank but had to wait for charge to go thru to dispute. Called company on 12/20 and was told they would cancel future shipments but I would have to write in to get a Return Merchandise Authorization for the bottles being sent. I did so and got a reply that I should have read the terms and conditions but no RMA. I rec' d the 2 bottles postmarked 12/26 (well after I cancelled). I again wrote and included their own 15 day return policy on ALL shipments but again was told I should have read the terms and conditions but no RMA.
I rec' my package yesterday dated 12/26. I would like an RMA to return the unopened 2 bottles. I see from the return policy (attached) that I have 15 days to return any purchase provided I have an RMA number.
