ColonMed 700 charged my debit card 88.97 without my permission and will not respond via e-mail to my refund request and never answers the phone. Does anyone know if there is a class action suit going on against them? If not it should be.

Similar issues...I ordered the free trial offer and didn't receive product until almost 3 weeks later and within the "15-day trial offer" they assumed I wanted the product and took it upon themselves to debit my checking account $88.97 and causing some domino affects in my checking account that were not on a positive note!! I have e-mailed back and forth and they assured me since I clicked on the "agree" button for the trial offer that they have every right to debit my acct. I never order a 30-day supply nor do I want it! They are dragging out playing e-mail tag with me over petty issues like confirming my mailing address and reconfirming my mailing zip code, etc...

This company offers a free sample on line but they ask for a credit card to
cover a small shipping & handling fee. I did not want to order any more
product yet received two full bottles and had $88.97 taken from my bank
acct. Since only a small amount is in that acct. the ColonMed700 has
charged my acct. another $88.57 that was not in the acct. and it has
incurred a deficit and another $27.00 to clear this up at the bank. By
the way I have not received the 2 bottles for this debt. Its fraudulent.
It seems like I would have to sign with a postman for receiving this
product before the ColonMed700 Company and prove delivery before taking
money from my account. This is the proper way its handled by legitimate
companies on the WEB.
The phone number to cancel will not pick up or answer. The number of
1 (866)360-1477 is given for canceling future orders and will not respond
The www.colonmed700.com/cancel site is not on the WEB as they claim.

Its A Scam

I ordered the fifteen day trial online. I used to product for about a week and then went to the doctor for other issues. After notifying my doctor that I was taking ColonMed700 he advised me to stop immediately with taking of the pills until my other health issues are resolved. With that being said, I wish to cancel my "order" with ColonMed700. It's been within the fifteen days as I ordered them on December 13th and it is now the 26th. DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT THE MONEY for anymore pills... I am cancelling my "order'. Please notify me if I need to send what is left of the pills back to you, and to let me know that you received my email! Thank you so much for you time.

i vissited a natural acai berry side and its given a 15 days trails offes .so that i thout lets go for trail when im ordering this product as uasual colonmed700 also given a offer for 7 days so that i placed an order both for $4.00, $1.oo is for shipping, i received both but again later i checked my account then they charged me $88.00 and$79.00. how these people can do like if the same these bullshitt s are doing like than one day no body believe in online browssings and the online products are not be ...my aware with all these online advertising products.
