Product Scam
Scam Alert! I too was scammed by this company. I am filing a formal complaint. I returned the product in 4/08 and as of 10/08, I have not received my credit of $88. Dispute numerous telephone attempts, the matter remains unresolved. The only successful contact established was back in 8/08 and the agent advised that the refund system was being revamped and to call back. Since that time - nothing!!!

Won't take cancellation
This company has debit my checking account three time. I have called, sent the product back including the trial and emailed them. I also had a stop payment. It did not go through one month but the next it did. I haven't gotten a response from them. I am going to have to change my checking account to stop this. I have sent the product back again and wrote cancel all orders on package.

Unauthorized charge
This company placed 2 unauthorized charges of $88. I called the customers service line and sat on hold for an hour and a half!!! I have yet to reach an actual person!!!

Terrible experience
I ordered the ColonSmart Cleanser in agreement that within the 15 days after receipt that I could cancel. I DID and I called and spoke with a LIVE person and canceled within the agreed time. Now a month later I have a new shipment and a NEW Charge to my credit card. I visit the web site and can't get any response, I call and can't get any response - WORKS LIKE THEIR PRODUCT!!! In other words DON"T TRY IT!!!

Keep charging my account and sending even after i canceled
I called them the very first week that i ordered because they charged my bank account to the price of 89.31 and i canceled it telling them they charged me before i even had the trial period time. I have this in writing also and they said they would cancel this for me. This was a couple of months ago and today june 30, 2008 i received another package from them and charging my bank account again. These people are crooks and need to be stopped. I am setting up with my bank not to do this any more even if it cost me for a stop payment. I am contacting the BBB and reporting this also but i want this amount returned to my bank account by no later than july 8, 2008 or other law enforcement will be contacted. You people do nothing except take peoples money and laugh at us well this is going to stop and stop now do you people know how to read or do the right thing because this is the third time and the final time no matter what i have to do to get my money returned.

Unauthorized billing
I spoke with these people over the phone and they charged my account for $3.95 and I was to be sent
a bottle of ColonSmart Cleanser, which never happened. I waited about 3 weeks, but they said I would receive it in 2-3 days.
They have sent through an erroneous charge of $89.31 for a Green Tea Pill which they sell which I did not order. The police are going to be notified of these erroneous charges.

Unauthorized billing
Charged w/o approval, sent sample and made charge on 2nd order a week later. Products less than ordinary. Castor oil works better.

unauthorized withdrawal of funds
I only ordered the trial size of this product and was charged $88 for something i did not order.I am attempting to cancel a membership that i never asked for in the first place and this product is no good and this company should be shut down.
