Can not cancel product no way to reach anyone by phone or address
I have tried to reach this Colonsmart product and there is no way due to the fact there is no phone number or address.
When I attempted to reach this company on the internet all I found was other complaints by other people
So now I also called my Citi bank company and they are going to look into this problem

Cannot cancel membership
Like all the other stories here, I signed up for the free trial. I emailed my cancellation within the 14 day period and received no response. I tried to call the company, stayed on hold for over 40 minutes with no answer.
Two weeks after the Free Trial, they charged me $88.97 and sent a month's supply. Again, I tried to email to cancel and tried to call to no avail. A month later I got charged again. I called the bank to start a dispute process. Was told to send back all product with a tracking number, so I did. The bank also put a Stop Payment on the next charge.
Guess what? The third month, the company changed the amount by a penny, and charged me $88.98, not once, but TWICE! Apparently a stop payment is only for a specified amount...
So, I just had to close down the whole account, which is a pain because I also had to change my credit card number with all the online vendors I use, with paypal, and had to get my direct deposit redirected, which took some time.
The fourth month, I finally got a cancellation notice from Colonsmart by email, saying my auto monthly shipment had been canceled. I'm sure this is because they tried to charge me again and couldn't get their money!
I'm still in the dispute process with the bank, hoping to get the 4 charges back equaling: $355.90!!!

I did not order this product again. I am sending this shipment back and I want the funds put back on my master card. I cancle my order months ago, and I did not reorder. RICHARD DU BURKE

unauthorized charges o my account
this scam i never agreed to receive future poducts and charges to my credit card account i discontinued use of colonsmart because it made me constipated instead of releasing waste from my system... i want charges to stop and shipments to stop

unauthorized withdrawal
i ordered a trial sample, all of the sudden my account was charged $88.98 (i want my money back, i have cancelled) i was told over the phone that it will take weeks to get a refund. I want my money now.

Can't cancel
Same as everyone else. Cannot make them quit sending. Now refusing shipment through the Post Office. No wonder the Post Office Employees are paid well. My post office here in Concord is extremely helpful in these matters!!!
