Unauthorized debits
Tried to cancel after my free trial offer, cant get in touch w/ anyone on the phone. I sent an email 3 weeks ago, no response and now my card has been billed again. I am upset and I guess I will have to cancel my bank account and open a new one.

wrote a letter to cancel and they are still taking my money
have been trying to cancel this product for about a month now, every time you call the number on you bank statement, someone put you on hold after waiting 25 minutes of so and then nothing happen, and then I try to go on line to cancel and still no help, they said to go on www.colonsmartcleanser.com/cancel.php, but nothing happen, I got thru and put my cancel order in, and the next 2 weeks they send me two bottle, please if you are thinking about ordering this products please don't, It just a big headache to try and cancel, and still no justice.

Do not accept cancellation
They give you a 14 day free trial, all you pay is shipping and handling! Then they hit your bank account for $88.00, you cant cancel because you cant get in touch with anyone! They caused me an overdraft charge to boot!

trying to cancel
I have tried to cancel my orders from colonsmart, but they keep sending me the product and I keep sending it back, (return to sender). I'm not sure if they are crediting my credit card back.
How do I get them to cancel my account?

unable to cancel product and payment from credit cart
While in the trial period of this product, the company chose to send the product and charge my bank account *89.31 for the cost. They leave no way to contact them. the so called phone number is always advising that your call is during "peak times", that's when I've called at 9:30 in the morning. You can find a customer service website to email them, they would't answer the phone but, they will continue to charge your account. Is there nobody that can help those of us who are caught in this merry-go-around of this company.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL, NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE.YOU CANNOT CANCEL BY E-MAIL, AND if you could, THEIR COMPUTER ID DOWN.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I returned the product (delivery confirmation) as instructed, and now they say they don't "ACCEPT RETURNS PERIOD!!" What legite business doesn't accept returns if you are not satisfied.This product made me so sick.
