Theft by fraud
The ad offers a "Free Trial bottle". This is an out-and-out scam. What the scumbags at colonsmart want is your credit card or checking account number. When the "customer" pays a small shipping charge for the "free sample", the scam is off and running. The colonsmart scumbags immediately grab that credit card / checking account number and start submitting totally unauthorized charges for unordered products. To make things infinitely worse, the customer's financial institution may or may not work with the customer to protect him.
I was shocked to learn that Commerce Bank jumps right in and acts as an accomplice with colonsmart to pull off a nightmare of an ongoing heist.

Scam charges
I have also had my money stolen by colonsmart. They will not let me cancel my order and I am trying to fight it by disputing the charge on my credit card. What other actions can we take against them?

Scam and cheating
I ordered the free trial by paying shipping. It is within the 14 days to cancel, but can not get a real person on the phone (888-765-5557). Message says to cancel online, but the page will not come up. I have now sent them an email with no response. I have done all I can to cancel. I do not want them shipping me another supply and debit my account. I am very annoyed at this situation.

Scam charges
Ii ordered my free trail of colonsmart and never received it, then was charged for 2 bottles that I received but have not opened, now am charged a second time. All the while I've been trying in vain to cancel and return product due to never receiving my free trail!! How can this Co stay in business with such terrible customer service?? Even if this was the greatest product in the world i don't want it because of the fraudulence i feel is being done!

unable to return
ordered trial sample 4.95 OK used credit card I was away from home and when I returned there were 2 more charges amt. to 177. on my credit card I have tried to return, I have repeatedly called last on hold call was 40 minutes I have written a letter and tried to email I have had to cancel my credit card to get them to STOP charging.. My bank has tried to get this refunded I cannot use this product I understand a restock fee but I would need a number or something so that I can return this item.. Never have I done business like this..I got caught up in a survey while out of the state and had to order something which was colon cleanser for 4.95 shipping..

Too Much Product shipped and unhappy with the product
Product was ordered as a trial. Small print authorized them to ship two bottles each month at $39.95 per bottle. Product gave me diarria and I was total not pleased with the product. I have returned two bottles for credit as well as cancelled the enrollment for any further shipments.

Saw an offer for free trial of product. Wasn't aware the company would be sending me a month supply each month and charging $39.99 per bottle, when I don't want or use the product!!! What can I do to stop this? Plz advise smb!
