Scammed!
Hello ti everyone who has been taken and scammed by colonsmart. Well, this will be the 2nd time and they have went into my account and taken 88.00 from me. So once again i called my bank and they are taken action! So little advice let your bank handle it and get your money back!

My refund.
This company is a bad company i ordered a sample and I canceled right away they sent me an email and said I was canceled. Three weeks ago now they charged my debit card 88.05 that I don't have in my account. Now I have to get in touch with them do not answer the phone and try to email and no email takes me this web sight. My bank said they will make a claim for me and I canceled my card. Do not go for this scam.

ColonSmart is a thief!
I ordered a trial package of this product. The charge to get the trial was to pay the postage. After I got the product I realized that a product with the same ingredients could be bought at Wal Mart at a greatly reduced price of the regular cost of the ColonSMART. I called several times to cancel the regular shipment of ColonSMART. I could not get an answer. So, the shipment at the cost of $88.89 was shipped And my credit card was charged $88.89. When the package came I shipped it back unopened. Then my credit card was charged 29.99 for return postage and restocking fee. This is the biggest rip off that I have ever experienced. I wish that I could have seen this website before I fell for the ColonSMART RIPOFF. I hope that any potential customers of ColoSMART wisely read this information before ordering and getting ripped off.

unauthorized debit from bank account
I have been receiving colon cleanser from this company and I never ordered the product. They are debting my account and I only ordered a free trial that I was to have paid shipping on;y when in fact they are now sending me product. This is a scam.

Unauthorized debit to my account!
This company if a fraud to gain people account numbers but the wwww.colonsmartcleanser.com will not accept email of cancellation. Also, they will debit our account every month for a bottle (30 tablets). I have been debited twice for $88.00 in April and now $88.00 in the month of May for 1 bottle of 30 tablets. I sent an email to this address in April but almost impossible to reach. There is not address on the bottle, or phone number. The Lot #28B408. Please check the address above I believe that these frauds are using another companies name.

Unauthorized credit card debits!
In their add, the only mention of a credit card charge for the shipping and handling if a FREE trial was $3.99. When I checked my statement there was a $88.97 charge. I attempted to notify them both by phone and by email to please reimburse the total amount and stop sending the product. I have gotten no response since 5/11/08. In my mail today received 2 more bottles of which I had not authorized. The product in itself is not a proprietary blend, it is simply a blend of herbs and laxatives that are easily accessible to anyone.

I received an unauthorized charge on my debit card for $88. I have yet been able to get in touch with customer service!

Fraud/scam
I puchased a 14 day trial from this company on the internet for $5.95. But when I looked at my bank account they took $88.97 out of my bank account without my authorization . They never sent me any type of product and charged me without reason. I tried numerous times to call them but either never got through or disconnected. I tried to email them but obvsiously that email was fake and I sent the product back but don't know if I will ever get a refund. I now have to close my account before they take all of my money. I just hope that I get the money that those theives stole from me and get their company closed forever.

Free trial period not over yet!
The free 14 day trial period for the product is not yet over but I returned the unused portion of the product because the outcome was not what I expected as advertised. However, the company sent me another shipment of two bottles which cost me almost $90.00 including shipping and handling. I don't want their product because of the reason that I mentioned above. So, they should not be sending me those two bottles unless I kept the trial product. The terms said, a thirty day supply cannot be returned, but the company should wait for the 14 days and see whether their customer likes the product or not then that's the time they send more or not. I don't want to pay those two bottles for I don't want to use them.
