On march 19 2008 this company withdrew
88.96 dollars from my accont, I contacted this company many times, and they told me to send
a E-mail to [email protected] to get my refund. I have been sendin around six e-mails, and I haven'n recive answer, or my refound.

I received 2 bottles of ColonSMART recently and have tried to call your customer service numerous times. I also sent an email to no avail. The note with the shipment indicates I enjoyed a "free trial" (which I never rec'd) and would be charged $39.99 for each bottle you shipped every thirty days. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
I didn't ask for your product. I don't want your product. Please confirm that all further shipments will be cancelled.

Although ColonSmart lists a customer service telephone number to cancel their monthly shipments, I was placed on hold, being told that their CSRs were helping other customers, I waited 39 minutes on hold before giving up.

After requesting for them to not charge my card or send any product, they charged my card anyway. I have emailed, called and stayed on hold for an hour and a half. No one ever answers or responds to email and product was NEVER sent.

THEY ADVERTISE ON A WEBSIYE THAT OFFERS YOU A FREE PRODUCT, PURSE .COMPUTERS ETC. THEN IT POPS UP TO SAY TO CONTINUE YOU MUST TRY 2 OTHER PRODUCTS TO CONTINUE SAYING ALL YOU PAY IS S/H FOR 6.95 NO INFO EXCEPT IT SAYS FREE SAMPLE.THEN IT ARRIVES IN MAIL WITH NO INFORMATION NO MEMBERSHIP KNOWLEDGE OF YOU HAVING TO PAY 88.96 NOTHING BUT A BOTTLE NO PH. NO ADDRESS, NOTHING . OTHER COMPANYS HAS THE DESCENTS TO SAY TRIAL IF NOT WANTED RETURN PRODUCT IN 14 DAYS ARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU. THESE PEOPLE CHARGE YOU AND REFUSE TO TAKE PRODUCT BACK GO FIGURE SO I AM CALLING ON ALL THOSE WHO WILL SUPPORT ME IN ATTEMPT TO FILE CLASS ACTION SUIT. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM FROM PRAYING ON ME A DISABLED CITZEN AND YOU WHOM EVER YOU ARE . THANK YOU
