I tried the sample for 4.99. Then, they started taking out 88.97 out of my account NOT authorized. So, I sent it back and told them NOT to send me anymore. Now, I have another charge for 88.97, which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Can you please help me to get them to stop sending me this product and taking money out that is NOT authorized. I appreciate all the help you can give me.

I couldn' cancel the membership they said I asked for. They took money out of my bank and I had to cancel my atm card. I am out over eighty dollars. Nothing is free. There are other people also who have had the same thing happen to them

Went to cancel my order and there wasn't the website to cancel. Stopped payment.

I want to cancel these shipments and try calling the phone number that is listed on their web site, you are either waiting forever for someone to answer the phone and they never do or it tells you to go to the web site of www.colonsmartcleanser.com/cancel.php, please help I am going to change my bank account and never will I ever do this again.

My credit card was deputed in the amount of $88.93 without authorization from me and when I called to complain I was told that there were going to be no refund given under no circumstance.
