This company is a total rip off. They sucked me in with their advertising scheme having to pay just for the shipping, well low and behold it definately doesn't end there. I received another bottle and charged me $78.84 + shipping. I called the company and was told to return it and would be charged a 30% restocking fee.

I returned it tracked by the PO which was received on Jan. 23rd at 10:55 am. I've called now several times and keep getting told they have not received it. I've asked to speak with a supervisor and everytime they are in a meeting and someone will call me back-which of course, they never do. I'm so fed up with this company I just can't believe they are getting away with what they are doing to people.

tried to call and cancel future orders and the website is fake and the phone number that they gave just tells you to go to the website so now I have to call the bank so they won't take any more money out of my account without my permission...i hope that whoever is behind this scam gets what they deserve

received my 30 day free trial bottle. The fact that it required a response within 15 days of their shipping it was not prominent, if present at all. However, within 14 days I had seen my doctor and was told not to take it due to health problems. The next day I called to cancel any future activity and asked about sending the bottle back, as it had never been opened. The young man (with a heavy accent though good English, assured me that I didn't need to send it back, just keep it, and that I would have no charges beyond the 5.95 shipping and handling already on my credit card. This was about 9 a.m. The next day I saw a 84.48 charge on my card from the day I had called. A new call (after several numbers that did not work) and they explained that at 4 a.m. the day of my first call I had passed by 15 days and therefore was charged for the free bottle. I asked for my money back and the lady said it was not possible because I missed the date. I asked to talk to her supervisor, who was conveniently in a meeting. I asked for connection to the billing department and she said she did not have that capability on her computer. She could send my complaint through the software program but could not tell me how to reach them. This is fraudulent advertising and I want my money back. I intend to register a complaint with any website or government website I can find.

I ordered free trial and received an e-mail confirming an additional order that I never placed. I am unable to contact the company

I was duped I ordered the colon cleanse trial offer and it states "try it for 15 days and see the results for yourself". Even though they tell you to call and cancel within 15 days they trick you by starting the 15 days when they ship the product. You really receive NO TIME in which to sample the product since they take 15-16 days for shipping, then they refuse to give a refund because you didn't call. I tried to explain that how can I call to cancel before I receive the product but they just keep repeating Ï'm sorry but our website states you must call.
This is just such a scam...
