After a week of calling the 'customer care' number and receiving a "all curcuits are busy, try again later" recording, I tried to look for a way online to cancel the program. The only thing I can now find are long lists of complaints about the same experience I am having. I decided 'eat' the first charge of $87.94 and cancel the credit card and have a new one issued. If the product had actually worked, I would not be as upset as I am, but it doesn't seem to have the effects that are advertised and hope this company is dissolved soon so others like myself are saved this headache.

I received a bottle of "colopure" -- some colon cleansing crap that I never ordered nor having any remote interest in having in my possession. I recently experienced credit card fraud, and am assuming that it is related. I have moved recently and the orginal mailing address on the package was over a year old, which corresponded to the mailing address of the now cancelled credit account.

I can't get anyone on the phone to understand me to cancel my order. They pretend they don't understand and can't find me in the system when I call.

Okay, I order this product on-line, thinking that I had a thirty day free trial, first they charge my credit card ten days later, not thirty. Okay! now upon reciept of the product I find that I don't want this. I can get a better product for less money. So I decide to send it back. First of all when you call the 800 number on the packing slip, you are immediately directed to a web site for a refund. You need a special number which took me all of thirty days to recieve. And then mail it back. I sent this product back on November 16, 2009 certified mail, because I felt there would be some type of problem. They signed for it on November18th at 12:54pm. This is now January, 2010 and I have yet to be credited for my free thirty day trial of $59.99. Of course I had to email them again to find out when they intend on refunding me my money. Don't try Colopure, there is no thirty-day free trial. And getting your money back is a pain. I intend to take this as far as I have to in order to get my money.Oh, You can find a much better colon cleansing product for far less money.Organic, and vegan.
