unable to get code needed to return this product from company
I ordered the trial offer from Colopure and upon receiving the order and reading the ingredients found that it was something I would not subject my body to. The offer says that I have four [4] days to return the unused product for a refund. The problem I am having is getting a response from the web site, which I was directed to from the [800] number I called. The website asked that I allow 48 hours for a response. It has been Three [3] days. So I submitted another request. Now this company has a time frame in which you are allowed to return the product. Yet they have exceeded that time. I don't want this product nor do I wish to be a member and continue getting more on a monthly basis. Dealing with this kind of company brings to mind two words, Class Action!!!

charged for free sample
I ORDERED A FREE SAMPLE OF THIS PRODUCT. THEY SENT ME A BOTTLE THEN THE NEXT WEEK CHARGED ME $60 DOLLARS FOR THIS FREE SAMPLE. WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN IT THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE DIN'T TELL ME AN RMA# JUST GAVE ME THE ADREES AND HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK ALMOST A MONTH LATER TO SEE WHAT GOING ON WITH MY RETURN, SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AND HE HUNG UP ON ME SAYING THAT I HAVE NO PROOF I SENT THE PRODUCT BACK.

I was ignorant not to read carefully howyou have to contact colopure before 14 days to have a refund and I didn't know the outrageous fee to restock an opened container...healthy????
The product is not great and really does not change anything. DO beware they will call to have you buy water and will talk to anyone on the phone. I did not want it and they made it sound to my husband like it was something I wanted and could have for free, "Your wife knows our return terms." Assumption that this was fine w/ me.
As I chewed out the company for sending the water they asked if I would be interested in a $15 gas card for listening to someone that would call later. I said yes to get him off the phone and knew I would tell the company no when they called. When they did call, I found out they had my credit card number from Central Coast and wanted permission to send me info and would charge my credit card after 30 days. I told them no and to remove my credit card from their system.
BE CAREFUL!

Credit Card charged w/o authorization
I just wanted to sample the free trial sized bottle of Colopure. I ordered on Sept. 1st and got the product Sept. 10th. I wrote on their website on Sept. 14th to get an RMA# to return the remainder of the sample w/ bottle and requested to cancel future shipments. I just checked my bank statement and saw that the company automatically charged me for $59.95 on Sept. 15th. This is outrageous! This is clearly a breach of their own agreement and pure blatant theft! If they don't credit back my account, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertisement and corrupt practices. Their site will be shut down immediately.

unathorized charges
Signed up for the free trial, recieved it and then googled the company only to find the complaint web site. So I nevered opened it and immediately sent it back and canceled any further obligation so I thought! Only to be billed $59.99 2 weeks latter. Now I have to cancel my card and go through all that hassel. How are they still getting away with this? Ugggh!!!

I am getting an email from Colopure company threatening to charge me extra money because they could not get their $38 from my card after 3 tries. I cancelled the card when I saw I was being swindled by them. They sent me a 15-day supply and I was expected to know if it works even though they state it takes up to 3 months to get results. So how can I send the bottle back within 15 days and know if the product works. They are threatening to ruin my credit and have added charges to the original $38 - so now I owe more because they were not able to rip me off. This is such a scam-it is unbelievable that they have the nerve to charge $38 for a 15-day supply of bogus pills.

do not want the monthly product and charge, only the sampler to try it, but didn't work, so thanks and please cancel the membership.

was only supposed to be a complimentary product, they charge my visa monthly and won't stop. the product has given me diahria and did the opposite of what they claim it supposed to do
