I DID NOT ORDER THIS ITEM. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND I'M SURE WILL TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR THE 30 DAY SUPPLY WITHOUT NOTICE TO ME.

I ORDERED THIS ITEM AT LEAST A YEAR AGO AND CALLED WHEN THEY CHARGED MY CARD THEN TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE, THE 30 DAYS HAD EXPIRED .

I WILL CONTINUE TO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BUT I REALLY DON'T HAVE MUCH HOPE THAT WILL HAPPEN.

until 5days later by UPS on 12/22/08 then they bill my account though credic card 38.95 mading my account go in the -- 113.99, I yet have tried to Call to cancal can"t was Put on hold four time for two hour at a time can"t get through, can"t cancel on there email, what I"m I to do, soon they will be taking another 44.90 out of my account, not right, # 1 I had the pills 5days They took the money out, not right. I have my cancel proof.

i ordered a free trial of colopure colon clense on or about 12/02/08 for the amount of one dollar (1.00). they deducted 38.95 from my account. which i would not have payed for this stuff. then on 12/17/08 they deducted another 44.90 from my account without my permission and without sending anything. this has screwed up my account and made me have overdraft charges. i would like this problem taken care of asap. and for them not to touch my account. they do not have my permission! please let me know what is going on asap. thank you sincerly michael linerud

I ordered a free sample of Colopure on November 20, 2008. I never received my free sample but I was billed $45.85 on my credit card. I could not get in touch with them because there was a 59 minute and 33 second wait time by phone and I did not have an order number to contact them by e-mail. I have had the charge reversed by my credit card company but I would like to avoid any further charges by them.
