Charges to my credit card
There is a $45.85 charge to my credit card. I thouught the ad said free trial and and just pay for shipping. Why is this charge on my statement? Please remove it and cancel my order. I wrote 1 other time and did not hear a response. Please confirm

rip off
I order a trail sample of ColoPurce that was suppose to be a herbal cleansing formula. But in the mist of trail order we had hurrican IKE and a full bottle arrived that i did not order. My account was charged 44.90 I called and explanied my situation and told them I didn't know where the pills where or did i want any more and wanted my account cleared. I just received another bottle of the pills. That i will be returning tomorrow. I tried to call them with no sucess. Then I saw all these e-mails where they have ripped other people off.

Items sent without order
I sent for a free sample. I received and billed for products that were never ordered. I called to inquire and was told I could keep product for a reduced fee or return incurring a restocking fee. I stupidly chose not to return items because of hastle of shipping. Big mistake- yesterday I recieved more product in the mail. I will call on Monday to inquire. I was under the impession that when I called and complained that this was the end of it.

HIDDEN CHARGES!! BEWARE
I filled out a survey the other day and signed up for a bottle with a supposed fee of $1 + 5.95 Shipping...I got a letter form my bank this morning that they charged me $45.85. Which in turn gave me a 32.00 overdraft fee!!! SCAMMMM BEWARE!!! Trying to get in touch w/ someone is useless. I have to wait til Monday to talk to my bank mgr..UGGGHHH

I recieved all this products and can't use and I didn't order as for as I know.
I have had heart attact and don't remember ordering.
I have a lot of other products from this company.
What do I do to get rid of this company.
I can't get them to answer phone

was charged again
I was charged $39.84 on 9-18 when i have already paid for the product. I did not receive anything else from the company and do not want anything else. I want my money refunded now or I will take it up with the bank and the better business bureau.

over-billing/more product/no answer to calls
DO NOT ORDER --- BAD PRODUCT - BAD SERVICE
i ordered the trial offer for $1, & $4.95 shipping, received the pills, some gum and water and my acct was hit for $45.85. Totally unauthorized. called to cancel order only to receive voice message to leave info. called customer care to again get a voice mail service that DOESN'T subscribe to the voice mail service. So i have been totally unable to make any human contact and so far have not been hit again but it's only been a matter of days. How do these companies continue to get away with this THEFT BY DECEPTION?? Does the product work??? NOT IN MY OPINION - HASN'T DONE ANYTHING FOR PURIFYING - DETOXING - OR CLEANSING MY SYSTEM.

fraudalent billing
I ordered a trial product from this company and approximately two weeks later, I called and cancelled the account, indicating I did not want the monthly plan where payment would be automatically deducted from my account. I placed the order around 2/24/08 and cancellled about two weeks later. On 3/30/08, I noticed the company had ignored my request and taken additional payment from my account.
I tried for two days to call them and finally got a person on the line after being on hold for 45 minutes x 2. The person who finally spoke with me arrogant, impatient, and down right nasty. He would not let me state my complaint before he became definsive and wouldn't allow me to complete my statement. He then asked for the the number given to me at the time of cancellation which i probably long got rid of because i never intended to do business with the company again. I did not know they would steal from my account. The company then denied I ever cancelled the account. I once again told him that if the account had not been cancelled, then do it now which he reluctantly did. This incident is costing me $44.90

Fraud & cheating!
My complaint is pretty much what others have written. Bit on the $1 free trial offer and then received a kit and a charge of $43.45 for gum and hodia water drops,not ordered. Just returned the whole mess and am out about $15,much time and aggravation. Rude guy in customer service whole deal a scam!!!
