Avoid this company
My recommendation is to avoid this company as if they treat customers so rudely BEFORE a purchase has been made, imagine how accomodating they will be once you have purchased something and complain then.
To be honest i never got to experience the quality of product this company sells, and that is ONLY because the Company's Representative canceled my order without my consent. I had only pointed out the facts that in accordance with their Best Price Guarantee, there was another company online selling the exact same product for a much lower price which NEVER mentioned a specific minimum order for the claim to be exercised. The Customer service contacts me (kudos on one thing, they responded immediately atleast) and informed me that the claim could not be made on an order of my size and they would cancel my order if i wished. When i emailed them back informing them of no such minimum order requirements for the policy and that i was offended that they would talk about canceling my order rather than alleviating my concerns, they emailed me back telling me they had canceled my order. In my honest opinion, that is bad customer service and extremely rude as i was just exercising my right as a customer in accordance with THEIR policy. They could have refused or denied my request politely, instead of treating me so rudely. All email correspondence was saved by myself which i am in the process of forwarding to their company headquarters as well.
