We ordered Colorful LED Fiber Optical String lights for Christmas, Invoice # 19650649.
We received LED String lights without the fiber optics. Also no instructions on what adaptor is needed to use these lights in the US.
We have sent an email twice in the last couple weeks to Jason Shen at this company and asked how we can resolve this issue and have received no reply.
We would like the product we ordered also information what adaptor to use. We have not used the lights we received and are willing to send them back. We want what we paid for from this company.
We appreciate all you can do to resolve this matter.
