I ordered ColoThin but received a bottle of ColoCure and TriSlim. When I researched ColoThin originally, I didn't see any "bad Press". When I check out ColoCure, I do see complaints. If I had seen this website under ColoThin, I wouldn't have ordered the product.
My package came w/o an invoice. If it wasn't for the fact that I wrote the customer service number down originally, I'd have no idea how to contact the company to cancel. Both TriSlim (which I didn't order) and ColoCure (the bottle I received not ColoThin) arrived 11 das after I ordered...granted Christmas fell during my wait time. That doesn't leave time for the trial period. Knowing I couldn't finish the product before a coming up lab test, I wanted to cancel my order so I wasn't automatically billed before I could try the product. Another product from another company that I was going to take with ColoThin allowed me to return an empty bottle. Colocure will not do that. I'm not sure what would have happened if I had opened my bottle, but they wouldn't let me return it emply.
I read complaints about charging after I cancelled. I haven't seen that happen yet, but a month has not passed yet. If anyone reads this and needs cancellation contact info, here it is:
TriSlim: 877-238-2124 or 877-469-7770. The first number worked for me and allowed me to cancel both products. If you still need it: 877-390-4552 for ColoCure. These numbers were given to me by the people at Fit Factory who were listed on the order confirmation e-mail. I had cancelled that the first time they called me.
I hate that I'm out $2.95 (so far), but had it not been for good records and acting quickly, I would have lost a much greater amount. The service rep at TriSlim also expected me to still have the original packaging.
I would like ColoThin and ColoCure, whose websites are amazing similar, to get tagged together so someone looking at ColoThin will see what they are getting into.
