False information
Both companies LeanSpa and Colothin rip you off by sending you incomplete information regarding their product. You think you are getting a sample for $ 4.95 when in fact later on you find that is just for shipping and handling, they say they will give you two weeks to try and see if you like it, but start you two week period from the time you order it and then take up to 8-9 days to get it to you. After that they start taking money out of the credit card you gave them and get nothing in return, not that I would want it anyway. The are both rips off's and sucker deals.

automatic billing
I, too, was auto billed 69.99 14 days after ordering a trial bottle of their product which I payed $4.79 shipping for. I was able to get the phone # to call them through my bank. Yes I think this company is practicing poor business . The person I spoke with on the phone was rather nasty and I had a hard time understanding her because of her accent. She did however recognize my cancellation I submitted earlier today by going to the web site that was on my bank statement and getting the phone # which was different than the actual company! The company is in California Phone # is 1-800-357-9529. The number I called to submit my cancellation was found at "www.curecol.com hope this info helps. OH yes, she also was adament about not processing refunds for returned products, I'm going to work on that!

Charged twice in same month
Ordered the introductory offer pay only shipping to get the trial offer. Charged twice in the same month for 69.95 called to cancel and they would not even let me return it for credit, said I had to keep what I had and they would cancel so I wouldn't get any more product. I had to get my credit card company to dispute the charges but not sure yet what the outcome is.

i keep getting these diet pills and they are charging my account. I have three bottles of these pills and wont even use them how do i get my money back and send these pills back?

continued charges to my account
I ordered colothin and wasn'table to cancel because they do not answer the phone. i am very dissappointed with the company because they charge my account several times. I finally was able to contact them and they tried to offer me 20% off. They are scammers. So Beware!!!

Recurring shipments
I ordered the trial offer of Colothin and they sent it, two bottles, and then followed it up with another express something I did not order. They keep sending it. I refuse it and send it back, but it is always on my bill. That is almost 200 which I cannot afford. Do I have to put a stop at my bank or is there a real number somewhere or something. Thanks

unauthorized debits
I ordered a free trial bottle. And of course there was no invoice. I have had two charges of $69.95 as well as the initial charge for mailing. I have received one bottle. If I did not have my debit card "stolen, " they would probably keep charging me.

fraudulent charges
This company is a scam. Be very careful. They offer you a free trial and you pay 3.95. You will not receive the product in the manner they say, that's if you even get it. You will be charged right away. You will get a phone call to verify your address and then you will find a charge from a totally different company. In my case it was 39.99 from United Benefit Advantage. Colothin will give your credit card information to third party companies. You will have to dispute these charges with the bank. Your best bet is to cancel your credit card and your bank will issue you a new one to avoid surprise charges. The companies that charge your account will not take responsibility for what they do. They will lie to you and not let you speak to a manager. TOTAL SCAM!

Did not order the second bottle.
I ordered the 14 day free trial. It took about 10 days to receive the first shipment. I thought I had 14 days to try the product. I was looking at my bank account for another matter and I noticed your fee for another bottle approximately 5 days after I received the first product.
The next thing I know, another bottle showed up. I DID NOT ORDER THIS BOTTLE AND I DID NOT HAVE 14 DAYS TO TRY THE PRODUCT.
This is bad business!
If I do not receive a refund I am going to the Better Business Bureau. If that does not work I will file a civil suite. The fee to file in civil court is less than the bottle of pills I did not order. After talking to my lawyer, I am confident I can win this case in court (without my lawyer) and not only receive the money back for the product I did not order, your company will pay for my filing fee along with my time to prepare and present the case. I simply want my money back...refund my money and I will send back the ColonThin (seal intact) at my own cost.
PS. I am sorry. I was not able to show the label clearly but I can guarantee you, it is there.

Unauthorized Charge
I ordered a 14 day FREE trial and paid $4.59 for shipping and handling. I placed the order on July 9 and the product was shipped on July 14 arriving at my house on July 16. On July 25 my checking account was charged $59.95 for the FREE trial bottle because I did not contact the company and cancel the service within 14 days of the ORDER date. I tried to call, but the number associated with the cahrge to my accounts was no goodst a warning to make sure the FREE TRIAL offer period is well documented so you don't get charged before you even try the product.
