On the internet I signed up for a free trial of ColoThin, fot the cost of shipping. (2.95)
I was auto-enrolled in Fit Factroy as well as a trial for TriSlim. I called 1800-859-3869 and 1800859 3858 to cancel, and was advised I would have to contact Fit Factory directly to cancel that partner trial. Two weeks later I was billed $88.55 for ColoThin and $87.77 for TriSlim. So my free trial cost $176.32.
When I called ColoThin Customer service they claimed they had no record of my cancellation except for Fit Factory which they had directed me to cancel online, and which Fit Factory acknowledged.
The customer service rep then cancelled the two remaining accounts and told me there would be no further billings but that since I hadn't cancelled within 14 days my free trial was not free and that the amount I was billed was for the product shipped to me initially as a "free trial". Beware of theses internet products that auto enroll you into multiple programs, and charge you for FREE trials.
