I was lured into this product when it showed up on a website I was on, it stated I could order the products, colotox and Acaipure for shipping only $1.95 and I had 30 days to try them before I would be charged. First, I did not receive the products for over 3 weeks after my credit card was charged. Next, my card was charged for fitfac.com (which I had never heard of) or agreed to. This charge was $29.95. Next my card was charged $39.95 and $38.95 which also were not authorized after I had the products less than a week. When I called to complain they were extremely rude, but finially was able to get a RA# (return authorization) and could hardly write down the address to return the product before she hung up on me. I returned both products on 1/5/09 and since that time, I have not received a refund. I have called and been screamed at by their operators and told I should have returned the products through UPS so I could track them. Yeah right, I have called numerous times and just get the same old story. This is pure "bait and switch" and a complete rip off. I wish some attorney would get on these guys before they pack it up with everyones' money. By the way the fitfac did promptly return my money.

I ordered the free trial of Colotox and Acaipure and was only supposed to be charge $4.95 each for shipping and was charged the full amount instead and I want to return them. I have tried calling the number and can't get through. I have e-mailed also and didn't get a response. Could someone please tell me how I can resolve this. I don't want to be charged another charge for more stuff I don't want.
