no refund
i had received the colotox extreme tea and hoodia water from the company and returned it in the original package with the rma number they had given me on the top of the box and now they claim they cannot refund $120.00 due to them never receiving the product. How do i prove it. I followed there instructions and now im paying for it.Please dont make the same mistake talk to your local post office before returning your products to make sure you have written proof of return. thanks colotox!!!

Can you say SCAM! I returned the product within 14 days of receiving my "free" trial. 11 days later my account is drafted for $38.95. I called that same day and they said they would look in to it. I called 2 days later and was told I would be issued a refund. 5 days later still no refund. 8 days later I went to my bank and filed paperwork to dispute the charge. I called Colotox the next day to let them know I filed a dispute and Claudia the Service Rep. said "then I guess there is nothing we can do for you" and hung up! Better Business Bureau, here I come!

Rip off!!!
They don't inform the customer that the amount of the "Free Sample" is not actually free... you later will have to pay 39 dollars if you do not send the remainding amount of pills after 14 days!!! this company rips you off and steals your hard earned money!!! Do not trust them, they are scam artists!!! The crap doesnt even work!!!

Request to cancel twice & RUDE customer service staff
On February 22, 2009, I contacted the Customer Support number (888-692-8352) listed on the back of the Colotox bottle. I followed the voice prompt that directed me to go to the website www.getorderhelp.com to cancel my membership. After canceling online, I printed the cancellation notice, I noted that it only stated “Your request has been successfully submitted”. It did not indicate my name, my membership account number, a cancellation number or any other information, but stated “Please allow 48 hours for out Customer Support team to respond to your request. Thank you”. I never received a reply.
On the evening of March 7th, I checked my postal mailbox and found a product mailer which held another bottle of Colotox. This was surprising considering my cancellation,
On the morning of March 8, 2009 (Sunday), I contacted your customer support number in order to inquire as to the reason for the shipment. I spoke with Sarah, a customer representative and she stated that they had no record of my cancellation on February 22nd. I told her that I had a copy of the online cancellation and although I could not put my hand on it at the moment, I thought it may have been cancelled on February 27th. She stated that the shipment was on the 26th and that would be the reason I received the shipment. I accepted that and after confirming that the account was now cancelled, we hung up.
I located the copy of the on-line cancellation a few moments later and as I was about to document the 2nd cancellation information, I noted the date at the bottom of the page was 2/22/2009, not February 27th as I initially believed.
I immediately contacted Customer Support once again to report the actual cancellation date and request refund of the $44.90 charged to my Visa account since I had in fact cancelled prior to the February 26th shipment date.
I was connected to Erica who was initially polite until I began explaining the issue. She said I would need to send my proof of cancellation on the 22nd to the on-line customer support. When I asked how to do this she curtly replied “CUT AND PASTE”, I was unsure of what she meant and told her that I had not saved it on my computer but had printed it. She came back in a rude manner and I when told her that she was not acting professionally, she became angry. Then when I tried to continue my explanation she began talking over me, I stopped to listen and she stopped speaking, I began again and she started talking over me again. I finally asked her to let me continue as I was the customer. I admit that my tone was not pleasant as I was appalled by her lack of professionalism. She retorted by hanging up on me.
I called back a few minutes later and recognized, by the voice, that unfortunately I had reached Erica once again. I asked her name, as I always do, and she responded “Erin”.
I politely asked to speak to a supervisor. She asked me my name and account number and after giving her my information, she stated that she would connect me to a supervisor,
After several minutes on hold, a very young sounding male answered the line and identified himself as Arthur, the supervisor on duty. I began by asking him the name of the representative that had forwarded me to him and he replied “Erica”. I told him that Erica had identified herself to me as Erin and he replied in a loud voice that I had spoken with three persons today. Although he had confirmed my suspicion that Erin was indeed Erica, I told him that this was beside the point and began to explain the reason for my call. He was still loud and would not let go of the fact that I had confirmed Erica was the call taker. He yelled, “DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN” and hung up.
To say the least, I was quite shocked at the actions of your customer support center staff.
I suspect that this was the younger, weekend crew on duty and it is understandably a much more relaxed atmosphere but customer service should never be reduced and the degree of their rude and appalling behavior was unacceptable.
I went to the on-line customer report site and this time requested a call to my cell phone number. Hopefully I will receive a call back from a professional who is willing to assist me. In the meantime, I have requested reversal of charges to my credit card company and ordered that no more charges be allowed.

canceled but still billed
I am being charged 29.95 for something that I am not receiving nor do I want. I canceled a subscription to Acai berry maxx and to Colotox. I stopped receiving the colotox in January and have canceled and returned all of the Acai berry maxx and Colotox that has been sent to me. They were all shipped back unopened. I do not want them and I will contact my bank tomorrow and tell them not to pay this charge again. I am not sure if this is why my account is being debited or not but whatever the reason, I want it stopped NOW!!!

stealing money
Ordered the trail of Colotox and it's sister product called Acaipure. Agreed to pay shipping and handling cost, which I did. Received the products okay. We noticed a complain sight about this company, so read through it. We called this company to insure that they not do the same to use. Well told them immeditely not to ship any product to us. We lloked on your bank websight, and sure enough, they had chraged our accout today. Once chrage for 38 and the other 39. Also did even get any product. These transactions also incurred overdraft charges of and $60.00 . We are reporting to our bank these charges are fraud. We may have to take legal action if these people refuse to pay back. This company and their web sight should be shut down as fast as possible. They are basically stealing monies from peoples bank accounts. I am also reporting them to the better business bureau. I can't believe how times are so hard as it is...now we have companies like this outright getting away with theiving. They make me sick

Failure to cancel order
I used the trial order of Colotox and was dissatisfied with it. There was no phone number so that I could cancel the order. When I received shipment of Colotox at the Post Office, I refused it and sent it back.
I noticed that this uninformed company charged my account again this month. I am on Social Security and cannot afford this unwanted and unnecessary product. I does not work as I discovered in Santa Fe, NM in 1994.
If you do not cancel this order, I will be forced to change my credit card number.
The second product has not arrived as yet because I am on the island of Maui in Hawaii. Everything goes to Honolulu on Oahu for further shipment to the neighboring islands like Maui, but my bank account has been charged for it.

charged for things I did not order
I ordered a $1 trial of Colotox, all I was suppose to pay is $4.95 for shipping and handling. When I received the Colotox, they also sent me Hoodiburst gum and Hoodiwater. I did not order either of them. Then they proceeded to charge my credit card $44.90 for these items. I was told that the fine print stated that orders would automatically be sent if not cancelled. There was not fine print to read.

I ordered a trail size of colotox for shipping 4.95 +$1. When I got my credit card statement I was charged over $40. I couldn't get through to the company. 1 & 1/2 hour wait time. So I started emailing them every week. After a month I finally got a response. They told me I had ordered hoodia liquid and gum on my order form. That's what the extra money was for. You have to put a check mark next to the products on the order form which I did NOT do. I finally got to my order. And received all items. I emailed them to get a return #. Finally I got a response. After me telling them how unhappy I was with their company. They wanted me to keep the items and give me $20 credit. I said NO. I sent them back for credit. I had to pay $7 to return them. I finally got through on the phone today they are going to give me credit but going to charge me a 15% return fee. On items I never ordered. Also today they sent me another bottle of colotox. I had canceled that order to, they said I didn't. So now I have to send it back
and pay the shipping and 15% return fee. It has been a nitemare. This has gone on for 3 months now. Never buy any trials. There is always a catch. The same thing happened with acaiberry. I had to cancel my credit card for that one.
