Ordered $10 product, , charged $45 because they auto check areas below your submission payment button. NO product received, , nothing.

Yes, Colotox is indeed preying upon online shoppers. If you want to try the shipping-only "free" trial, the site automatically signs you up for $45.00 of products. More importantly, this company will continue to debit your account every month! You can attempt to reach them to cancel, but it seems few people are successful.

Here's what I did:
1. Called my bank to get a new debit card number. The old number (which Colotox has) will no longer be valid, and no further charges will be made on it.

2. Filed a claim against the original transaction with my bank. My bank gave me a temporary credit and is investigating the claim. The only other time I've had to do this, they got to the bottom of it. The charge will probably be removed from my account entirely.

Don't let shifty companies like this one get away with it!

they continually charge account for products not sent, can never be reached, can never be cancelled. TOTAL CYBER THEFT !!! why doesn't aol go after these provable frauds?

I placed an order for Colotox on November 14th. Today is December 4th. I was charged $45.85 and never recieved my order. I can't get though on the phone line EVER and want my money refunded to my Visa debit card and can't seem to get any help from them.

On Monday 12-1 I ordered what I thought was a "free" trial of colotox for $5.95 total. After I hit order, it said my account would be charged $45.85. After many times of trying to get through to them, I finally did today after waiting on hold for 50 minutes, I was told by Kristina that it was too late to cancel as order was already processing (even though I keep reading how people never get their orders) - then I asked why it was $45.85. She said when you enter your credit card info - to the right are 2 yellow boxes that you have to uncheck. I do not remember noticing them when I ordered. You should have to check the boxes to order, not uncheck them. Anyway - she said when I get them I can send those 2 products back & keep the free trial offer of colotox. I will definitely not keep anything - it's all getting sent back (that is, providing I ever get them) - she said will ship in 5-7 days but I will believe it when I see it. She did go ahead & give me the number I need in order to return the product so I don't have to call again, so if anyone calls to cancel, be sure to ask for the RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Something told me not to hit the order button but I did it anyway - stupid, stupid!! I guess that'll teach me!
