I ordered the free 15 day trial of colon zen. I did not receive the product until 12 days later and believed that was when the trial period began. I noticed a charge for the full amount on my credit card and called the customer service number. I was then informed that the free trial actually started on the date of purchase. This doesn't make sense that I received it on the 12th day and only had 3 days for the trial until my account was charged.
I have called and asked for a refund but was told it was too bad, I should have read the terms and conditions better. Guess that is my loss but I wanted others to know the trial period starts on the date of purchase, not when you receive the product!!!
