If you buy somethhing from Tariq, Columbia or Eastern BEWARE - there is almost always a problem with the product - damaged, missing, wrong size etc - out of 1000s of items ordered less then 40 were acceptable

then after Tariq gave an RA for a return he accepted the product back and refused a refund claiming he had to cover his expenses - which he comveiniently can't disclose

it seems ALL bagpipe manufacturers from Pakistan will rip you off in some fashion but this guy takes the cake
