comcast is contracting work out to use all the old materials already on the telephone poles calling it recycling, I walked away from the opportunity because to me it was unsafe not only for me as a contractor but to the citizens of jacksonville florida. I was told by the prime contractor that comcast does not care if the the materials are rusty or not including the materials holding they steele cables up.no proof I turned the job away just look at the new poles for rusty materials i can only hope that none of the citizens ever get hurt
