comcast condones its proxy Bridgevine to make any and every effort to not rebate monies as offered by finding anything they can in filing for rebate to deny same.I mailed in rebate, which by the way had to be sent to 2 entirely different addresses, all in very small print, they denied both claims via email, if you dont read all of the email you think its being processed, wrong. they said they needed copy of paid receipt, I had sent them copy of internet order showing payment with credit card on line, wrong!I needed to shoe proof of payment, which meant some copy of my credit card statement, not taking any chances I copied a full statement, redacting all info except the payment to them, they of course knew it was paid.I then sent 2 full packets with all data plus proof of payment including proof that I had paid the total amount shown on monthly statement.
