I have been locked out of the online defensive driving course. I fully understand the reasons for the timers (state law), but have been making quite certain that I am not clicking next before time has expired.
The company wants me to start over - I am about 20 minutes from completing the 6 hour course.
I would not be posting if I had indeed screwed something up. Their system is inpenetrable and infallible according to the "manager" I talked to.
DO NOT USE - system has malfunctions!!!
