We purchased our king size bed from Comfort Select. The sales person explained to us how complicated the bed was to put together so we also decided to have the company put it together for us for an additional fee. Their subcontractor/delivery company called 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time for delivery. I agreed since my husband was on his way home from work anyway. They arrived and started putting the bed together. Since they had called ahead of their time, I had quickly jumped in the shower and got dressed. I inadvertently left my wedding rings sitting on my vanity since they were pulling in my drive as I was getting dressed. They stole my wedding rings. We didn’t notice they were gone until they had left. We called the police and filed a report. Called Comfort Select and they were no help only saying they contract their delivery companies. We contacted the delivery company and they refused to help us in anyway. We are still fighting to get some type of form from someone to file a theft report. My rings were never found.
