I would rate this hotel 2 for the service they gave me when I stayed here for four days on the last trip in New York. It was worst then ever. First thing the parking lot was few blocks away from the hotel and it required a voucher for parking which I not receive due to ignorant check-in-clerk. The free break fast had boiled eggs look like ages old and the next day I got stuck up in elevator for half an hour. Well, also the free internet connection never allowed me to access any website without any interruption. Even though it claims that they never have any checkout- check in problem. Incredible!! You can always book this Comforts Inn if you enjoy crappy hotel services.
