Hi,

We just shifted to Comfort Zone by Aditya Shagun builders in Baner, Pune and since one last month we have faced so much troubles that we cannot imagine and above there is no one to hear our complaints.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF LIVING IN A SOCIETY!!!

Few of them are as follows,

* There are already 6-7 thefts which have happened in Comfort Zone and the Society Maintenance guys are just not even bothered to take any actions against it. (Just to let you know they charge 1, 50, 000 for Society maintenance.) Current Status: No action taken by the soc engineers.
And that too theft happen usually in day time...

* The Electricity Meter which is placed for the Flat keep on running even when the Flat's Main Switch is OFF!!! And even no one was there at Flat for 1 month it showed up 500 units... And as usual Society guys-(kodu, etc) have nothing to say. Just that they will check.

* Every alternate day in the morning there is NO WATER...and no one checks it as,
Watchman is not there and as usual no one knows where he is and no knows even this who was there
When u make up the call to Soc Engr his phone is Switched Off!!!

This leaves u with an awesome morning expereince!!!

* To get a Tata Sky fitted in Comfort Zone took 3 days as it has so called Concealed Fittings which were problematic and these maintenance guys were not ready to accept this, but atlast TATA SKY engr showed them the same...Still they say everything is perfect!!!

* Broadband Connection took 2 days as the same concealed fittings were problematic and this time Airtel Gusy had to come to show them that the Telephone wirings were WRONG!!!


And above all this the Society Engineers say this...
We didn't asked you to BUY/RENT A FLAT IN COMFORT ZONE so it was ur decision to take the flat so BEAR WITH IT, WE WON'T DO ANYTHING!!!


So my suggestion is for all of guys n gals who are planning to buy/rent a flat in Comfort Zone-Baner, Pune...please please please think many times before doing this...as everyday you have to fight with them for one or the other problem and as always they wouldn't hear u!!!
