The Commonwealth Bank is definitely the worse bank in Australia. They had their site hacked earlier this year, and I could not access my business transactions for about a week. This week there was a "glitch" as they called it, and all business transactions disappeared from the day, and the Netbank site is difficult to understand as transactions are never up to date. For example, where it says "yesterdays" transactions, it is usually the day before. Further, they don't even bother to respond to complaints. Definitely the worst customer service available and I shall be closing all my accounts and re-financing my loan.
