Communica, is a big BEE company with no respect for people of different races, not to mention white females.
I am a white female, have been doing business with Communica for the past 3 years. A month ago, we had a problem with stock that was not delivered to our offices, resulting in delaying a project. I phoned to communica and spoke to a guy in the despatch department - he told me he is on lunch and will not help me and the phone was put down in my ear, I then had to phone back - after my 3rd attempt I asked to speak to the MD, his name is Shabier - such a rude person - he told me I am a racist and have a problem with people of colour - how untrue is this - I wonder who is the racist. I then send one of my technicians there with cash to buy components that we required - with a proof of payment - they sent him around from department to deparment - I then phoned the finance department - they can hardly speak English and very unhelpful - someone took the phone from Promise (who answered) and put the phone down on me. Is this customer service in South Africa? I really think Communica has got a huge problem heloping white women- and then they call us racists. It is unacceptible how they treat people in general, and there is no customer service - the Communica employees swear at people over the phone and ALWAYS put the phone down in someone else's ear - do they think theya are untouchable ? Do they think because they are full BEE and get government grants that they don't have to help other people - its like they do you a favour to sell you something - its such a mission just to assist the general public - I wonder if it wasn't for the public buying from them what would have happened to them - maybe we must sent Carte Blanch to them to see how they treat people.
Customer service in South Africa is NIL, and at communica its less than that - they are unhelpful rude people that call other people racists ... I think this needs to be addressed, as you can't call anybody a racist - I thought we were pass that stage in South Africa - will we ever move forward if there is people like that @ communica with no respect for anybody else?
