This company came into town, their representatives stated they would cover all my mother's medications. So, I switched her provider. Now, medication after medication is being dropped as no coverage or requires a PA that never seems to arrive at their location. The service agents will not talk to me then when my mother asks them to speak to me there is a form that has to be mailed. I guess she should have to die for them to pay for her medications. It just does not make any sense, to pay for a service and not to get the use of that service.
Community rx is probably ok for the person that takes only one or two first line genernic medications, but not for patients with chronic illnesses.
