We are not a customer of OneCommunications but when customes of
OneCommunications call us (expample from 317-547-9621 ICC business
products)they get a recording "the number you called can not be reached at
this time" We can not call OneCommunications as we are not a customer of
this company we can not report trouble to them.
We have reported this to AT&T our carrier, but in reality it is not there
problem. I feel that it is a routing issue with one communications.
Customers not being able to call us is a VERY BIG problem. We would
appricate your help in this matter. I am makeing this complaint in hopes
that your contacting OneCommunications will have some weight on the
problem.
