Complaint against Comobike.com for Undelivered Goods
An order was placed with Comobike.com on the 16/09/2009:
2 of the items were delivered some 2 months later after much persuasion on my part and one of the items is yet to arrive after 7 months after they promised it would be delivered as soon as it was stocked.
To date there has been no feedback from them to suggest the item will ever be delivered and has since gone through a management overhaul..
I have contacted them again today to complete the order but I have given them enough chances to carry out their side of things..
Please let me know if you need further information.. The order number can be tracked on their website: OR0006417 via my user login so they still have a record of the transaction but have failed to do anything with it.
