Purchased a plasma set from PriceMad; invoice and price agreed was to be 2289.01; when the bill came see they had charged me 2489.01. Called them; already had issues with them trying to pull a bait and switch (told me the set I had wanted was out of date; that they could sell me an upgraded model for $80 more; then they recanted and said they had never made such an offer; asked one salesperson if they recorded their calls so I would have some proof of what they told me, when their manager got on he denied even that; tried to cancel the order and they said they would charge me $200 even though the set had not been sent yet). When I asked about the money they said they would be sending me a rebate from Panasonic for the 200; they did but it requires me hiring an installer to come to the house, I had already done the hookups myself. Will be writing the attorney general in both Florida and New York about my experience with this company; DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
