sir,
This is to inform you that i, tamali dutta, subhas palli, cooch behar, -736101, have purchase a COMPAQ PRESARIO 702 LAPTOP VIDE SERIAL NO.CND74XKT from computer world, cooch behar for my study purpose. But within two months i found that speakers were not working.i went to service center at siliguri (R.T)and they return it in good condition.After service within a month the same problem arises and again i went to siliguri service centre.The service centre repair it and return it to me.After 2nd service it creat same problem (the speaker are not working).I went to computer world from where i purchase and return it to them that this set is defective due to the same problem arises thrice.Regurding this i send mail to you but there is no responce from your end and i think it is nothing but a offence.
In this case point to be noted:
1. This is third time that speakers are not working.
2. I am a student of bca, but maximum time laptop with service centre which effects on my study.
3.Regurding this i went thrice siliguri service centre and also inform you through mail but there is no response from your side.
4. Regurding this i also talk to Mr.Rajkumar(mob no. 9830630713), Mr.Uttam Dhar(mob no. 9832024883) and Mr.Debasis Maiti(mob.no. 9836659959).All of them said that it is my fault that i am responsible for this problem and in this regurd they were not showing so many reeasons.Bt sir i purchase it for my study not for playing.Their irresponsible words really hurts me.Specially of Mr.Debasis Maiti.
5.I have taken a education loan from govt. ndertaking bank.A big liability lies upon my sholder.Computer is my basic item of my study.Your compaq presario 702 laptop vide serial no.CND74XKT interupt my student life it will be very much hard for me to repay the bank loan i.e. govt.money.
6.Please replase a new set for smooth running my student life without damaging year after year.
7.After receiving this mail if you will not take any proper step in favor of me, i will go to the honarable court for legal judgment.
now sir, i want to know from you that what i will do in this situation?
Is it that i purchase material of wrong company?
Or this the policy of hp compaq that they will not look after their costomer after sale?
Or whene i feel that this produc is defective and hp will replace this with new one.
NOTE: LAPTOP IS WITH SERVICE CENTRE FROM LAST ONE AND HALF MONTH.
