I have purchased the compaq laptop model v2620 from a dealer of compaq (Aadhar Computech Pvt Ltd, B 2 Basement Rohini Complex,WA 121 Shakarpur, Shakarpur, Delhi, North, 110092. ) on 4th may 2006. At that time Compaq were giving a scheme of datacard worth of rs. 6000 on the laptop. When I purchased the laptop the dealer told me that the datacard gift will be provided by the Compaq and not by them. I keep on waiting for the last one year and not yet received any gift. Recently when I started following up with the guys at the hp redemption department then they said that there was no scheme available at that time so they are not going to provide me any gift for that. So please let me know what I should do smb, as I have no proof of any ads during that time and also no written documents of the gift. Please help smb!
