Screen keeps gone black

I purchased a compaq computer from walmart two months ago.I am very upset as I had to take the computer back three times because the screen went black they replaced it for me three differant times.However I misplaced my receipt on the computer i just got three weeks ago from compaq at walmart and the screen went black on this one also.They will not let me return it without a receipt it is only three weeks old and the scvreen is black again and I cannot do nothing with it.I feel as though I am entitled for a refund or a new computer and I would appreciate a call or email as to what i can do in this case I am very upset and not satisfied at all with compaq.

Product not what was expected

I purchased a computer back in fall of 2006, I received the computer earlier than expect, but it was not what I ordered. I was told that once I received it I could not return it. So I decided to keep and pay for it. Since then the computer is so very slow, and it takes forever for it to boot up. Then it began giving errors and now it wont boot up at all. It keeps asking for the recovery disk to which I did not receive when I got the computer. It came with not software of disk for cases like this. I closed my account after receiving the computer knowing I would never order from this place again due to customer service in this matter. Now I cant even get the recover disk for my computer. I am going to try and contact compaq to see if they can provide a recovery disk to see if this will fix my computer. With all the trouble I have had I would not reccommend purchasing from this company.
