I have purchased a computer model No: compaq presarioSR5160IL from your authorised dealer Computer Gallery, Indore,(M.P) on 11 th August 2007. Windoes XP Professoinal operating system was already loaded in the system when we purchased the system. Recently it was observed that a window has been appearing on the screen every time when the system is being started up saying that the software you are using is not genuine and you may be a victim of software counterfeiting. when we contacted the dealer, it was told that this model of compaq comes with already loaded pirated version of windows XP operating system and not with genuine software. Now we want to know the actual facts from your company regarding this matter.
