HP COMPUTERS...BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY AN HP...YOU WILL PAY DEARLY FAR BEYOND THE PRICE TAG LISTED AT THE STORE! THE MENTAL ANGUISH WILL HAVE A FAR GREATER PRICE TAG!!!

I bought a Persario laptop in August 2007 and shortly after the year warranty had expired I started having problems with it.I would like to not that I am the sole user of this notebook. Since November 2008 I have had to send my computer out for repair twice and am about to mail it again for the 3rd time. The same problem has presist each time; an issue with the system board. Everytime that I have had to call for technical support to follow up with the presistant issue I have to try to communicate with someone that has such an English barrier, that that in of itself is enough to deal with, it taes a fair amount of patience to get your point acrossed. As with any of us, to be without our computer at all is difficult, but the mounting times in which I have had to be without it is outweighing the cheaper price tag for a more reliable company like Dell. I would not by a system from HP again in my life! I had someone offer me an HP destop for free and I wouldn't take it. I would rather pay 200% the asking price for a Dell than get sucked into one of these again.
