I had took hp care pack of 1yr warranty dated on 25/07/2009.
the problem is that, in registration information the product serial no. has been changed, so due to this my laptop is out of warranty and i am not able to
repair my laptop.so please check my care pack details and correct my product serial no.
this problem is come from my purchase slip of authorised dealer, that dealer fill wrong entry of serial no on purchase slip.
