I was ripped off on dining services that was canceled and unused due to tasteless service run-in with Compass Group USA. Throughout the the preceding 1 1/2 years, Compass Group contended that they never did provide services for my college, before coming out with the truth in April of 2011, exactly one year later..
Company personnel, Jamie Ballew deliberately and with full intent ripped me off for $1, 200 I was improperly charged for a food service plan that was terminated and unused for the Spring semester of 2010 at Southern Polytechnic State College. The food service plan was discontinued after a negative service encounter in August of 2009 where Jamie Ballew incorrectly handled a complaint of disorderly conduct of an employee. Next semester ( Spring of 2010 ) I was taken for $1, 200 for the dining service plan when it was rescinded and unused.
The terms of termination were that one may cancel the meal plan at any time by "letting the business office know at any time." Went to their service with my private credit card Five times since that point, so as not to utilize the meal plan, which was definitely considered business taken lightly.
I contacted the school official in Aug of 2011, and she said that compass group has my cash and asked, "They never contact you?" To which I answered "No."
In a recorded narration with Jamie Ballew on Nov Fifteen, 2010, the company unprofessional manager that caused me to cancel the contract, Jamie contended he heard "something about how the company admitted current assets for accommodations not rendered on my behalf, " and that my money "went to the state." But when I responded stating that, in turn, the funds were routed back to Compass Group USA, inc, the manager said that he "had to buy food."
The company executive, Jamie Ballew, and Ron knowingly and willingly commuted a tort of wrongful interference with a contractual relationship. The conversation was recorded. They was hoping that nothing would happen as a result (which I imagine would be the situation with many students) but that isn't the case here. Will follow up again after filing suit ( for the third time ) in Cobb County ın which their registered agent is located.
The previous time I filed a case adverse to this company, I received an answer asserting that this is the wrong entity, which was obviously a careless effort to circumvent the matter. At this point the situation has taken over $14, 000 value of my time as a qualified professional with a qualification in Management and Chemical Literature.
