It has taken four months since loading my belongings to get them back to the place of origin and over four thousand dollars and now we have to move everything AGAIN! This company threatened to auction my goods after changing many times the amount due to complete the move after contract.. They did not answer e-mails or phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. Only after informing them that I had kept all e-mail correspondence, reminding them that they had cashed our check for the agreed (memoed) amount and receiving a phone call from my attorney, did we get any reaction and that was nasty. I have nothing good to say about this company. They will not tell us who insures them because we have breakage and damage. e.g. big dent in top of Maytag Neptune dryer. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and State Attorney General's office as well as the Motor Freight carriers in Texas.
