Incorrect Information
One of your users has made a complaint against The Soap Guy, a business in Illinois, but has listed my business address- That Soap Guy of New Hampshire. I can't find anywhere on your site to contact customer service and have this corrected. I've messaged the user but it's her only complaint and she may not be watching her account. It's very upsetting to have consumers confuse my business with one that does not deliver. Please correct and advise.

letting reputation.com advertise on your site
why would allow these companies who are obviously in direct conflict with the goals of your website. What good does it do us to lodge our valid complaints when the company can then come wipe them out and block future complaint from being seen? REALLY!!!

Incompetent Administration
This site seems more interested in catering to the moronic masses that have infected it. Why not devote some effort into cleaning up the baseless, idiotic complaints as opposed to those users who point this out?

Unable to edit my own complaint!
Does anyone know how to remove your OWN complaint? My ex-husband posted a complaint in my name! I would think that if you log into YOUR OWN ACCOUNT that you would be able to edit or delete the complaint. I want to remove my profile, but don't see any option to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

This website is awful. They compile a bunch of complainers and freeloaders into one website and slander honest hard working companies with lies. Who is actually keeping track that these people whether they are telling the truth or not? Unfortunately there are people stupid enough to actually believe what they read on this site to be the truth but i guess that's just the world we live in these days. If i was the attorney general I would shut this site down for slander and hurting honest businesses. This website is nothing bud a medium for the dregs of life to file frivolous lawsuits and complain about their own incompetence. There will be a spot in hell waiting for the people who run this website and may god have mercy on their souls. Go to hell complaints boards... do you damn job and regulate this shit because 90% of the shit on this site is complete garbage. Put some age or IQ requirements on the site for god sakes.

Overall Layout
First of all this website is all fine and dandy but I have felt from day 1 that it was a little suspicious they asked for my address and other personal information. With all of these companies and websites scamming people you'd think we would feel safe complaining about it on a website provided for such. Furthermore, it is very unsettling that there are many spamming advertisers commenting on the complaints. I feel that my privacy and humility has been jeopardized. On the other hand, I love complaining and hearing complaints. Keep up the mediocre yet entertaining work.

Open forum with out Moderation
Anyone can come on here and file a complaint. The sad thing is that these complaints in most cases are filed by competing companies that can do harm to businesses in which they have no recourse against this website. There are no moderators and there are no checks and balances to make sure that a company is not being screw## without their knowledge. I can come on here a write a complaint about anyone and anything if it will benefit my business. I can also advertise on the fact that there are complaints on my competitors and that they should go with a company with no complaints (ie. ME). Meanwhile the good companies never no and I can post as much bad stuff as I want on anyone. For all who read this ask yourself this. The last time you had a great experience with a company did you go online a write a good review? We all need to look in the mirror first before we judge because if you have time to complain on line you probably are the nicest or most positive person in the first place in which you are more than likely responsible for you own problems!
