I am disgusted by a website posting up anonymous consumer complaints without making any effort to contact the business. I am also disgusted by the website's legal statement placing potential liability on the author of a posting, but not on themselves. SHAMEFUL. And then they ask for business advertising. SHAMEFUL.

Give both sides of the stories by contacting the business, and you may have some credibility.
